Shipping time

* Shipping time does not include the 3 day processing time.

Shipping times vary based on where you are ordering from. Standard shipping is on average 5 working days, and priority is 2 working days. Worldwide standard is between 2-4 weeks on average, and worldwide priority (tracked) is usually delivered within 2 weeks. Please note: these time frames do not include our 3 day processing and packing time!

Postage

Please note that ALL items are sent via the domestic mail service and in the normal post system. Unless you choose to pay for tracking you will not be provided with a postage tracking number .

Parcel lost in transit

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. LOBE is not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given.

LOBE DESIGNZ is not responsible for lost packages. Once the package is with Royal Mail, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Due to the pandemic, there is a chance that delivery times are slower than usual, please be patient while you are waiting for your delivery.

Damaged Product

LOBE DESIGNZ is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. All orders are packaged with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact lobedesingz@gmail.com with a photo and the order number and we will see if anything can be done.
